Your main responsibilities:
● Handle and cost customer enquiries: work with measurements, technical information, drawings, pricing and order preparation.
● Provide excellent customer service: build relationships, clarify needs, communicate smoothly throughout the order process, prepare proposals and develop long-term partnerships.
● Coordinate orders internally and externally: hand over orders to production, logistics, accounting and other teams, monitor progress and resolve issues together.
● Manage order-related documents, invoices and payment information.

● Have experience in customer service, sales administration, order coordination or a similar role requiring accurate information management and client communication;

An advantage if you:
● Have experience in manufacturing, construction, windows, doors, façades or technical products;
● Have worked with estimates, technical information, drawings, measurements or the preparation of technical product orders;
● Have handled client situations where accuracy, clarity and the ability to stay calm under pressure matter;
● Have used accounting, pricing or order management systems, such as Klaes.

Salary
€1,300–1,800 net per month
The final salary depends on the candidate’s experience, skills and ability to take independent responsibility for order administration and pricing processes.
